Wow! Never knew wireless connectivity can be so cool - am blogging on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) using a Verizon wireless USB modem. Today's going to be spent travelling on the PCH, across one of the most beautiful coasts in the world- checking out Carmel- by-the-sea, Big Sur, San Luis Obispo.

Yesterday at the Garlic festival was a wonderful retreat from Los Angeles. I guess you can't go too wrong with merriment, food, wine, street fairs/ outdoor markets and garlic. There were all these amazing food stuffed with / cooked with garlic. Eg. garlic stuffed asparagus, garlic stuffed mushroom, crab garlic fries, and oh! We had garlic kangaroo skew (tasted like lamb), garlic alligator tails (tasted like chicken) and garlic frog legs (also tasted like chicken)! Loved the fresh strawberries-banana-peach smoothies, and especially the free garlic ice cream!! :)
